Policies/Procedures

As a business we are dedicated to our clients and take pride in our services.

Teams are instructed to follow protocol set forth by the company as well as you, our client. Please call our office at least 1 business day in advance of your clean to schedule additional requests.


If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate a notice of at least two business days. If we receive less notice, or if upon arrival we cannot enter your home, it may be necessary for us to assess a $50 fee to cover expenses.

We appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Your choice of: a personal check mailed, bank bill pay check, bank electronic funds transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Paypal. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, you may be subject to additional charges in the amount of $50.

In conclusion, we ask that you respect our company policies as we respect you, our client. We appreciate your business and loyalty.
